Welcome to Ready, SET, Learn!
The Ready, SET, Learn! Educators' Academy was created by SET Learning Systems, LLC to take on the challenge of The Teacher Retention Problem in education today. SET (Sustained Training & Education), focuses on providing a community and mastermind group where educators from elementary schools to law schools and corporate training centers can learn and share form each other in a supportive environment. Learning is not isolated to the 3 R's! Learning is a lifelong mission that involves all aspects of life and work, and never ceases to exist. Only sustained training and education will ensure productive people and societies that can APPLY what they learn to actually produce and grow economies.
Your Instructor
Dr. Larry has over 25 years of experience working in education from teaching in elementary schools and at-risk middle schools to serving as dean of students and principal in public schools, public charter schools, and private schools. Dr. Muhammad has also served as a school designer and researcher. In recent years he has focused more on improving training for educators and business people, with a particular focus on making a more productive and efficient society.
